* The head quantity can be made to order according to customers’requirements ,it can be selected between 65 to 120 heads and even minimum head interval can reach 82.5mm. This series may replace “ SCHIFFLI”
* Comparing with the traditional“SCHIFFLI”, it has more advantages like boring embroidery, overlapping embroidery, flexible color-change and larger embroidery area.
* Taking advantage of overlapping embroidery function, the embroidery width can be enlarged exponentially, this series is
suitable for various wide width of fabric, especially for embroidery on home textile products like curtain, bedding etc.
* This series has many patents, good stabilities, which can meet the market’s requirements of small batch, multispecies and quick change.
* The machine body uses high strength steel to be made with novel design, which helps to make machine running steady and improve working efficiency
* Adopting double color-change、double main- drive and double trimmer designs to make the driving smooth and reliable, which effectively improve the embroidery quality
* Sheen dedicated main-drive, driving motor dedicated driver and widened driving belt: make machine running high accuracy, steady and low noise, and lengthen working life
* Pantograph moving guide rail takes advantage of new type wear resisting guide rail driving system, stable running, less wear, high accurate embroidery, low maintenance
