Brief Introduction:
GYBRJ-1500 High Voltage foil winding machine is designed for efficient and safe production of segmented, round/oval transformer foil coils. The coil is a single layer of copper foil or aluminum foil segmented coil with no more than two layers of insulation between the layers. The incoming and outgoing leads of the coil are welded at the customer's discretion. This high pressure foil winding machine is designed for efficient and safe production of segmented CNC moving position, circular/oval foil coil design.Main features:
1)The device can be started after setting the total number of coil hits, the number of each hit and the distance between each interval in the touch screen.
2)After winding a section, the servo motor is used to automatically move each distance. Therefore, the design process of each interval is blocked with different sizes, requiring the automatic displacement of starting foot points.
3)The tension of insulating paper is controlled by electric tension, the digital control is direct and accurate, and the tension of foil tape is controlled by gas-electric mixing system.
