Q4.Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free sample, freight collect. But for some high value spls, it need sample cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You''re welcomed to email us for checking.
Q5.What is your payment term ?
Due to our products are customized ,not the standard specification, thus our payment terms is TT 100% before production or L/C.
Q6. Can I print my logo or drawings?
Absolutely! Send us your drawing design, like AI, CDR, PSD documents etc. Q7.What about the lead time for mass production? Generally 15 days after received the customer deposit. We will deliver goods as soon as we can.
Q8. What is your MOQ?
The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the bags you want.
