Q1: Are you a trading company or maufacturer?
We are a professional manufacture of vacuum flask with over 10 years experience. Our factory covers about 70000 square meter. From the first tube making, to the last packing, we almost finish all process by ourselves, including welding, vacuuming, electrolysis, polishing, plastic injection, painting, powder, printing.For printing, we can silk screen printing, heating transfer printing, engraver laser and sublimation printing. What’s more, we have workshop for carton making and workshop for oil paint making. All above is for ensuring fast delivery time and reasonable cost.
Q2: Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide stock sample by free. But a little sample charge for customized design.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send sample by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account.
Q3: How long is the sample lead time?
For stock sample, it takes 2-3 days. For customized samples, it takes 7-10 days
Q4: How long is the production lead time?
It take about 15 days for MOQ. Being equipped with about 500 sets machine support 60000pcs daily capacity. You can provide AI, CDR or PDF for your own design. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
Q6: Which kind of certificate would you have?
ISO9001, BSCI
Q8: What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.
Q9: What is you MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500 PCS. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Pls feel free to tell us the quantity you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
