2. Quality Management:
We are strictly adopting "On-Site Quanlity Control" meathod. Our cooling fans are 100% inspected by our experienced staffs and our advanced proffessional testing equipment, from material, production process, and also with the 3rd party certification when required.
We installed the advanced testing equipment in Taiwan and Japan, like wind tunnel testing machine, pulse pressure machine, micro-computer balance testing machine, vibration testing, temperature and humidity chamber, package drop testing machine, Salt Fog Testing Machine, Noise Test Facility (Anechoic Chamber).
3. WONDERFUL R&D Center:
Our R&D team will make sure our cooling fans will comply with all safety certification at design stage. To make sure the fans is stable, reliable and safe. Also, we will proceed all kinds of test, to verify our fans will pass the requirement.
We are researching and developing several EC environmental fans.
We have invested the profession design software and hardware for designing to satisfy every customer's OEM or ODM demand.
For volume inquires, we are willing to design and manufacture special motors or fans to suit your requirements.

AC FAQ
1. What is a EC Axial Fan?
EC stands for Electronically Commutated, and it combines AC and DC voltages bringing the best of both worlds; the motor runs on a DC voltage, but with a normal AC supply.
EC motors have several benefits. Because EC motors have no brushes, they do not spark or have a short life due to brushes. Other advantages include the fact that they do not waste power because the electronics control the stator; they provide better performance and controllability, and they run cooler than induction motors; In terms of size, small motors can achieve the same output as traditional DC or AC motors.
Power distribution is much cleaner with an EC motor. Brushless DC motors depend on a separate DC power supply. And an AC motor’s power supply usually adds extra cost and complexity. EC motors can connect directly to AC main power supply with their integrated electronics. They do not completely depend on voltage or frequency; hence, small changes in voltage do not affect motor output.
The EC fan is more windy than the AC fan, more energy efficient, and can work in the 70V - 270V voltage range, such as work under on 110V, 120V, 220V, 240V ,the fan speed are the same.
