Refractory Sagger
Due to the material heat capacity and thermal expansion are small, the product‘s cycle using frequency is high. It is suit for below 1300 ℃ powder forging burn. It is formed by slip casting. Can be customized in a variety of shapes,
The quality of saggers will influence on the product quality and cost. Saggers with good quality shall meet the following conditions:
1) Greater mechanical strength;
2) Good thermal stability;
3) No deformation under a certain high temperature load;
4) Higher refractoriness;
5) Good thermal conductivity;
6) Small residual shrinkage.
High alumina saggar, corundum saggar, cordierite mullite saggar are widely used in various ceramic, glass, electronic, chemical,ferrite industry roller kiln, tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, push plate kiln and other industrial kiln. Mainly used for sintering magnesium oxide, zirconia, rare earth and various powders.
