A: We are a leading factory in coffin&casket market. Our factory located in Fuyang, Anhui Province, established in 2012 with 22,000 square meters and more than 100 employees.
Q: How Long is your delivery time?
A: Normally 25 days for wood veneer MDF Caskets and 35 days for solid wood coffins after deposit has been received. The large quantity need negotiated.
Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes, we may provide a sample for checking.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy.
Q: If your coffin arrived damaged, what should we do?
A: We will make QC on each progress of production and make sure the final products are 100% good quality. However, if our coffins arrive in damaged condition, we will appreciate it if you can email us the photos which will help us understanding how these damages happened and what we should improve in future. And we will take full responsibility if we caused the damages. We will replace you with a new one if the damaged coffin cannot be repaired.
