Intended use
This kit can be used to quickly extract viral DNA and RNA from a variety of liquid samples such as human serum
and plasma. The purified viral nucleic acid can be directly used in downstream analysis, such as PCR amplification,
cloning, and sequence analysis. It is suitable for the diagnosis of pathogen, forensic analysis and genetic mutations
detection. This kit can be used manually or automatically with applicable extractors to obtain DNA and RNA
within 40 minutes.
Testing principle
Under the condition of Chaotropic salts (guanidine hydrochloride, guanidine isothiocyanate, etc.) and an external
magnetic field, the superparamagnetism of magnetic beads leads to the adsorption of nucleic acid. After properly
washing, the nucleic acid is released in the elution buffer.
