The above three pictures are some detailed pictures of the twin-screw extruder. The first picture is the barrel. The inside of the barrel is equipped with a screw. The material is 45 steel. The raw material is cured by the screw at high temperature and high pressure to make the product shape. Picture two It is the feeding hopper, the feeding motor is turned on, and the raw materials enter the extruder through the feeding hopper. The third picture is the head of the extruder, where the die body and mold are installed, and the product comes out from here.
