Woven Patches
Achieve the look of a classic embroidered patch with the elegant feel and fine detail of a woven label. Available in up to 12 thread colors, our weaving process and premium thread selection allows us to reproduce intricate detail to replicate your digital photos. Your custom shape may have laser cut or classic stitched (merrowed) edging and is offered with a lightweight sew-on, iron-on, or peel-and-stick backing. You will not be disappointed with the finish of your fully customized woven patches.
If your design has a lot of detail or small lettering that you want to pop, choose Woven Patches to achieve a clean, crisp, graphic style. These patches are made in a similar way that images appear on a computer screen- lots of little dots.
Woven patches are created with thinner threads than embroidered patches. Also, no drag stitching is used between letters on a woven patch. When your design is turned into a woven patch, the threads are stitched continuously for a highly detailed outcome.
