Characteristics
1) The spiral mesh belt is well ventilated and can dry the material to the maximum extent.
(2) The running speed of the mesh belt is adjustable by frequency conversion, and the user can set arbitrarily according to different drying contents.
(3) The machine has a compact structure and high degree of automation, which is suitable for various processing scale enterprises. It realizeds the mechanization of agricultural products processing instead of heavy physical labor.
(4) It is equipped with an external steam heat exchanger which can better collect heat energy. It is convenient for adjustment, observation, maintenance, repair, installation and use.
(5) The whole equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, and quick-opening doors are installed on both sides of the equipment to facilitate the observation of the equipment and good cleaning up.
(6) The equipment detects the temperature of the drying zone through a temperature detector. When the temperature is reached, the steam valve and corner valve are used to control the steam flow, so that the temperature in the drying zone can be unified to improve the drying efficiency and save drying energy.
(7) The moisture will occur accompanying the evaporation of the material during use, when the humidity detector detects that the humidity reaches the set value, the automatic dehumidification fan is turned on to drain the moisture to reduce the moisture point of the material.
(8) Each drying unit is divided into 5 groups of circulating fans, 1pcs of dehumidification fan, and 5pcs of dehumidification vents. During production, the drying zone and dehumidification zone dampers can be adjusted according to the drying degree of the material to save energy and improve efficiency .
(9) The length of the dryer is 12000mm. The effective width of the mesh belt: 1500mm, the equipment is made of 304 food grade stainless steel, the thickness of the insulation layer is 100mm, and the raw material of the insulation layer is made of high temperature resistant and non-deformable aluminum silicate. There are open doors and windows around the equipment. It is convenient to clean and maintain the machine.
