1.Automatically weld the seam between the pipe and pipe ,pipe and flange ,pipe and elbow

3.TIG welding torch is fixed while workpiece is rotating, welding position is horizontal.

4. Adopt welded machine body, welding torch and pneumatic tail-stock can be adjusted longitudinally to match different size pipe flange . it can be locked after adjustment.

5. Workpiece is positioned by chuck or chuck with clamp tooling, two chuck of head stock and tail stock are Rotating synchronously. Loading and unloading bracket are mounted under the workpiece.

6. Japan OMRON PLC controls the whole machine operation. Workpiece rotation speed is adjusted by inverter, stepless adjustment, to improve the reliability.

7.  welding power source which has good performance of arc igniting, arc stabilizing and arc ending, to ensure that the welding seam is even and uniform.

8. The welding mode and welding specification can be preset, saved and recalled. Via touch man-machine interface, it is convenient to modify the parameter and switch the status through the man-machine touch screen. Welding length, arc igniting &ending time, welding current, welding voltage, welding speed, oscillating frequency, oscillating scope, oscillating time, torch lifting time, lifting distance, lifting times can be all input through the interface.

9. Welding current and welding voltage are controlled by D/A (digital analog). They can be preset and recalled in layer. To realize multi layer continuous welding when the arc does not stop.

10. With good appearance and good quality, depth and width of fusion meet the requirement.

1.Normally we will use fumigation plywood case for packaging; for some big machine, we can use steel pallet and plastic filme cover.All machines are paint with anti rust paint or oil before leaving factory.

4.Pre-shipment inspection system:

4.1 According to the customer‘s shipping details, we will check the products size, weight, spare parts, protective film and other information one by one for each invoice of goods. If there are any doubtful goods before delivery, quality inspectors will open the package in time and inspect the goods through professional testing equipment to ensure the accuracy of delivery.

4.2.The outer packaging of each goods will also be checked, such as whether the packing is damaged, whether the wooden pallet is fumigated, whether the exported goods are packed with steel strips,etc. To ensure that the goods are not damaged during loading and unloading.

Transportation ways : To central Asia, we use railway transport. To other countries, we choose sea transport. But all the products loaded on the containers.

5 .Afer sale service system

5.1 After our customer having received goods, if there are problems caused by the transportation of materials, we would let the customer take photos before unloading, give feedback to the freight forwarder, and make insurance compensation.

5.2. After customers received the goods, if there some quality problems ,production problems. If it is confirmed that there are indeed quality problems.Our QA and QC managers and relevant responsible department will give the reasonable compensation content based on the business contract .
