Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

Q : I've inserted a test strip, but the meter doesn't turn on.

A: It may be because you failed to completely insert the test strip. Insert the strip completely.

Check that the battery is inserted with the + side facing up. Replace the battery.

Q : How do I measure blood glucose?

A: When you insert a test strip in the power-off status, the device will automatically be turned on. Check the code number (if it matches the code number in the test strip container) and inject blood until a buzzer sounds when blood injection is displayed.

Q : How do I turn off the device?

A: The glucose monitor will automatically be turned on when inserting a test strip and off when pulling it out.

Q : The test result comes out too high or too low.

A: Please check whether the code number on the strip bottle is the same as the number on the screen. Use the meter at a room temperature of 10~40℃ after 30 minutes. If the strip is out of the bottle for a long time, it might affect to the test result. Make sure that the bottle cap is closed tightly. If you still get incorrect test results even after following all the instructions, please consult a healthcare professional.
