A: Sure, sample fee is needed, will be returned when mass production if possible.Depending on your specific project, it usually takes 10 to 20 days.
Q: How do you control the quality?
A: (1)Material inspection--Check the material surface and roughly dimension.
(2)Production first inspection--To ensure the critical dimension in mass production.
(3)Sampling inspection--Check the quality before sending to the warehouse.
(4)Pre-shipment inspection--100% inspected by QC assistants before shipment.

A: Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you.

A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
Q: What will you do if we receive poor quality parts?
A: Please kindly send us the pictures, our engineers will find the solutions and remake them for you asap.
Q: How long can I get some samples for checking and what about the price? How about the lead time?
A: Normally samples will be done within 1-2 days (automatic machining parts) or 3-5 day (cnc machining parts). The sample cost depends on all information (size, material, finish, etc.). We will return the sample cost if your order quantity is good.Generally, 1-2 weeks for samples, 3-4 weeks for mass production.
