1) Q: Do you have standard sizes of products or customised products?
A: Both are available. We have some stocks for standard sizes. Factory can do quick shipping for custom fabric and finish. If you want to have specific size, we suggest customer provide sizes and we make new CAD drafting for customer to confirm.

2) Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Samples are not free, but we accept sample order. For Mass Production, we can provide our standard fabric swatch and finish swatch.

3) Q: Can you stamp the customers' own logo and their own package?
A: Yes, but only when quanity is over 20 pcsm each design, we can ask our carton packing vendor to do custom logo printing. If quantity is less than 20pcs each design, or box is too big, we can print on carton sticker paper and stick onto the box for custom logo.

4) Q: What is the MOQ?
A: For quick shipping items( please check Product Description last line), we don't have MOQ requirement, which you can just order one piece. But for Non-quick shipping items, we have MOQ most time 5 pcs each design.

5) Q: Does OEM/ODM is available for your company?
A: CHECK with our sales person, Most time, for quick shipping items( please check Product Description last line), we don't have MOQ requirement, which you can just order one piece. For Non-quick shipping items, we have MOQ most time 5 pcs each design. BUT, our stock is changing everyday, only after we receive deposit/down payment, the stock will be freezed/held for specific customer, waiting for shipping. Sometimes, even we have stock for certain design, but all of the stock might be already on order with other customer. So, PLEASE check with our sales person before you place order.
