Q1: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer one sample for free charge if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost if it needs make a proof, and we do not pay the courier cost.

Q2: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance 70% T/T before shippment.

Mostly we accept by T/T wire transfer, small amount via WESTERN UNION or MONEY GRAM,PAYPAL,ALIBABA ESCROW AND TRADE ASSURANCE or L/C.

Q3. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 3-7 days, mass production time needs 5-10 days if the goods are in stock; Or 25-45 days for bulk order without stock, it is depended on quantity.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for water bottle order?

A: Usually 1000pcs-3000pcs per color,but small quantity available for instock products.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on water bottle?

A: Yes. We can support you OEM/ODM order. Mock up could send to you to check before sample production.

Q7. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
