A: We are a manufacturer, and we have got permit of import and export as well.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit it ?
A: Our factory is located in Ningbo, China. 25 Minutes by car from Ningbo Airport.
Q: How can I get the sample? What's the lead time ?
A: Samples could be sent within one week, the lead time is 35-45 days.
Q: Do you provide ODM/OEM service ?
A: OEM/ODM is welcome, From the concept to finished goods, we do all (design, prototype reviewing, tooling and production) in the factory.
Q.Warranty
A: We have warranty for our clients,we will ship out the new replacements if clients get the item with defect or broken frame.
Q. What’s payment terms ?
A: Bank T/T, PayPal.
Q. Which method of transport would be better ?
A: Generally, we suggest to make shipment by air which is faster and riskless for transportation. We also can follow other
transportation method you ask.
