The whole production line includes PP danline yarn extruder machine , yarn twisting machine and plastic rope making machine .
The PP danline yarn extruder machine is used to produce tape yarn which can be made into high quality flax rope with 100% or recycled PP granules. The production line can be made to order according to different request of the customers. The machine has the advantages of easy operation, energy conservation,and high efficiency.
Our company has many kinds of this machine, include 250 type ， 200 type ，165 type, 140 type,100 type wisting machine. It is used for all kinds of long fiber thread such as plastic silk, cotton and chemical fiber etc to make single rope, fishing lines and type cord etc.
