MOQ

MOQ is 3000pcs. If your order is less then 3000pcs, total cost will be same.

PRICE

Based on alibaba system, we can not give very specific price until confirm all product detials such as material, thickness, technics and quantity. So please consult with our sales before place an order. Most case, final quotation will be cheaper then system price shown.

SAMPLE ORDER

We don't accept sample order if bulk production quantity is 10,000pcs. But customer can request for our stock sample from previous orders to check quality.

For orders over 10,000pcs, custom logo sample order is welcome. It cost around 50-150usd, depends on different technics and material. Sample cost will not be refund for any order under 30,000pcs. Sample lead time will be 13-15days.

ARTWORK

When you place an order, please send artwork in AI or PDF file to our sales. Delay in sending artwork will make delay in delivery. In some case, we can provide artwork for free(after collect order payment) for simple design. However, we keep the right to charge addtional cost for those complicated designs.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

Normal production lead time is 15-20days. For rush order, additional cost will be charged.

PAYMENT PROTECTION

Order under trade assurance will be protected by alibaba system against bad quality and delay in delivery. It is highly recommended to use.
