With a professional team for over 25 years, QLQ provides one-stop service for mould production, including design drawing, grinding, electric discharging, fine carving and mould testing.

Die casting manufacturing workshop:
We have more than 35 sets of die casting machines, there are melting machines, automatic feeding machines, slider and frame separating machines, slider assembling machines and painting machines, and so on, we can paint the sliders according to the customer's demand.

Nylon zipper manufacturing workshop:
In this workshop there are 180 sets of needle loom machines, 13 ironing machines, 54 sets of coil forming machines, 200 sewing machines and 80 dyeing machines. We have different teams for the workshop, 10 workers for one team. With such a large scale our capacity is as high as 10,000 yards per day. We can provide different sizes and lengths according to the customer's demand, we also can dye them into different colors.

Metal zipper manufacturing workshop:
In this workshop we have all machines for metal zippers including stamping machines, polishing machines, plating machines and lacquer machines.

Plastic zipper manufacturing workshop:
There are teeth injection machines, polishing machines and lacquer machines in the workshop.
We test the zipper's physical performance before delivery.
Our warehouse covers 10,000 square kilometers to assure a timely delivery.
