1. BS-0 and BS-1 series

The universal index center has been designed to carry out all types of gear cutting. 
Precision dividing and spiral word with greater precision and efficiency than ever the 
center face can be tilted from a horizontal position of 90 degree down to -10 degree 
from vertical, and inclinations can be read off ascale graduated in degrees.The center 
is built to highest engineering standards and is factory inspeted and tested to assure 
complete satisfaction.The ratio of worm to gear is 1:40

 

Features:

BS series semi-universal dividing head is a simple index center and can be used for direct and indirect dividing. Complete the gear, face, flute processing and no need accessories, but the whole construction is the same as universal type. The 24 quick-dividing holes can complete 2,3,4,6,8,12,24 division indexing.Attaches 3 dividing plate along with the dividing head indirect dividing in any division indexing 2-50,51-380.

BS-2 universal dividing head is synthesizing type assist equipment ,indexing accuracy, easy operation,and spiral continuous rise more ratio than before. the center surface can be tilted from a horizontal

position of 90° down to -10°from vertical and inclinations can be read off a scale graduated in degrees the centre is built to highest engineering standard and is factory inspected and tested to assure complete satisfactory the ratio of worm to gear is 1:40
