Machine Features

 

 

1. The horizontal sliding seat is processed by a whole aluminum formulation, and it runs lightly and without jitter.
2. The screen clamping frame adopts pneumatic automatic clamping design, which is easy to operate.
3. The printing adopts Panasonic servo motor, matched with linear guide rail, fast and stable, precise positioning.
4. Man-machine interface control + button switch, can set a variety of functions and parameters, easy to operate.
5. Safety pressure plate, photoelectric switch, emergency stop button, thorough safety protection.
6. CCD automatic positioning and printing, the field of view of CCD can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the material.
7. CCD automatically calculates the spatial position of the material and the screen according to the Mark point on the material, and instructs the
motor to control the adjustment platform X, Y, θ to rotate and automatically position and print
8. The printing adopts cleaning roller to remove dust.
9. Coil material running direction: the direction of the material running from right to left if the customer has no special requirements (also can be

Machine Description

 

According to customers' request, we accept customization, for example, adding anti-dust cover, exhuast cover, feeding direction, loading and unloading direction, dryer for whole production etc.

Material running direction of coiled material: the direction of material running without special requirements of customers is from right to left (it can also be customized according to customer requirements);

 

 

 

The advantage of this machine is printing platform automatic alignment with CCD camera positioning, it's very suitable for printing multicolors which need high precision, the accuracy of camera positioning is ± 0.02mm, printing accuracy is ± 0.05mm. 

Printing table adopts suction design to avoid material moving and fix it on the printing table, it can give customers a superior performance, and greatly improved production yield.

CCD automatic positioning printing, which can automatically adjust the field of vision of CCD according to the size of materials;

 

 

 

Using touch screen man-machine interface to operate button switch, PLC control, can set a variety of functions and parameters, easy to operate;

The touch screen is used to control the lifting of the printing head to facilitate the maintenance, loading, unloading and cleaning of the screen and scraper;

The printing scraper and blade adopt imported high level quality stainless steel, expanding printing usinglife. It has a pressure stabilizer ensuring constant pressure at all times. There's a function that the height and oblique can be adjustable to improve printing quality.

The blade and the ink returning knife can be adjusted by the tilt angle respectively, and the blade can be used on both sides, expending the service life;

It is convenient to set screen frame position, printing pressure, scraper speed, board frame height, etc;

 

 

 

Adopt numerical control motor, printing and ink return speed, distance can be set by sections at will.

The brush adopts Panasonic servo motor and linear guide rail, which is fast, stable and precise;

This machine is suitable for roll heat transfer films, labels and stickers, membrane switches, graphic overlay, IMD, IML, RFID,FPC, ceramic decals, motorcycle helmet decals, nameplate and non-woven fabrics, etc.
