A. The price we quoted is based on color box and export carton that we normally use.And we regard this as the standard packing of us.

A. If you do not have any OEM(customized) requests on your order. We don’t have MOQ request. The MOQ request is aimed at OEM orders.
Q5. How to place an OEM order to us;
A. 1. Let's defining the OEM order as.

The good news is that if you have good ideas on the products, we would love to open mould for free for you. in the other words, if you want to develop a new products with less investments & less risky. you can talk to us about your plan. we may pay the bill for your idea, if your plan is approbated by us. Or you just want to develop a new products with us. then we will be a manufacturer with good R&D ability/production capacity/industry experience/tooling ability.

Q8. How can i get the pricing quickly?
A. We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry(Except weekend and holidays). If you are very urgent to get the price, please callus on Alibaba or make a phone call.

Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect product. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

If you want to distribute our products with our brand, we don't have MOQ request. you can place the order at any quantities(numbers). e.g. 10 units, 20 units, 30 units...as you wish. but we'd like to remind you to keep the "carriage issue" in your mind. Anyhow, to ship out the goods by LCL is not a good option. you'd better to have a mix-load container from China port. then we can help to arrange the inland transporting for sending our cargoes to your container.

A. When you sending the inquiry to us, you'd better to make the

A.1. 30% deposit, balance to be paid before shipment; 2. 30% deposit, balance to be paid by LC. ( this payment takes effect for the order's total value exceeded $50,000 usd, and we don't accept L/C issued by bad credit Banks, no matter from which Areas)
Q14. How about the Delivery Time?
A. It depends on the orders’quantity and the season you place the order. Normally, we can finish the order within 30 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition. We suggest you that you shall double confirm the delivery time with our sales before you place the order to us.
Q15. What's the Guarantee/Warranty of the products;
A.Generally, our quotation included in 1 year warranty; if you need us to quote the price with warranty over a year, you shall specific this issue in your inquiry;
Q16. How to buy a sample from us;
A. First of all, we wish you know that. when you are requesting a sample from us, the postage is on your side. If you don't have particularly requests on the sample, just want to see the appearance/check the function/to have a simply tests. we would like to provide our in stocks preferentially(handling time roughly needed 3days). But if you need a customized sample, you will need to provide the specific requests on your sample. and it roughly takes us 1-2 weeks to prepare the sample.
