Product Description
A Paint Manufacture Line consists of Powder Material Feeding Device (Vacuum Feeding Device, Conveyor), Liquid Material Feeding Device (Suction Pump), Slurry Making Machine (High Speed Disperser, Mixer), Different Color Tinting Machine (Two or Three Shaft Mixer), Grinding Machine (Basket Mill, Horizontal Sand Mill), Filter and Filling Machine, Platform and Controller System.
Our Equipment is used for mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, conveying and batching in the fields of ink, painting, coating material. It also can be used in daily chemical and bio-pharmaceutical industries.
With Heating and Cooling Jacket, the heating condition can achieve a better reaction effect while cooling for better reaction adjustment.
Chem-Equip Paint Production Line is suitable for water- based paint, water dilutable coating, water dispersible paint (latex paint) and solvent based nitrolacquer, polyurethane paint, enamel, varnish, anti-corrosion paint, finishing varnish, epoxy paint, etc.

The Whole Paint Making System includes Disperser, Three/Two Shaft Mixer, Horizontal Sand Mill, Filter and Filling Machine, Clean System, Controller and Platform, etc.
High Speed Disperser is used for mixing feeded powder and liquid. Powder are evenly dispersed into liquid under high shearing force which generates uniform white paste without aggregation. Many Styles High Speed Disperser Available:

Horizontal Sand Mill
Horizontal Sand Mill is used for milling paint into fine liquid, to achieve a better even mixing effect.
Many Styles Available:

Basket Mill
High Speed Basket Mill is commonly used for color paste milling.
It can equip with more than 1 removable mixing tank, mixing and milling in continuous way.
Bag Filter Equipment, for filtering finished paint liquid.
Common mesh finess is 40/60 mesh, or as per request (for finer liquid, should go through Horizontal Sand Mill in before filter).
Semi-Auto Filling Machine, for filling and packing final product into barrels, common barrel size 10L/20L or as per request.
