(16) Q: What do you do if the quality is bad or you make a mistake? A: Everytime before production, we will send several pieces of samples for customers' test and approval, so the rate of mistake is very low. But if a mistake does arise and is made by we Kunyang company, we will bear all costs to correct, including shipping freight; If the mistake is due to plastic part design, we will try our best to modify the mold at the charge of modification cost only. |
