1. What is MOQ for the order?
For In-stock items MOQ is 500pcs, if need production MOQ is 6000pcs.

2. How long will be the delivery?
For roll or empty tea bag with customized Tags , the lead time is 20-30 days. For that with our common tags(2X2cm), within 7 days.

3. What is the featuers of the pyramid tea bag?
Pyramid shaping tea bag is artistic and attractive. It is a new way of brewing tea.

4. How do I choose mesh or non woven fabric?
It depends on your machine. If you have heat sealing machine, you can choose non woven fabric(common or PLA non woven fabric both ok), if you have ultrasonic sealing machine, you can choose either of the material.

5. What’s definition of PA, PLA or PET, non woven fabric and filter paper?
1)Mesh is made of PLA(corn fiber) or PA(nylon) or PET(polyester).
2)common non woven fabric is made up of PE and PP materials. PLA non woven fabric is made of PLA(corn fiber)
3)Filter paper is a kind of non-woven fabrics, which is made by the combination of 70% paper pulp and 30% PE fiber.
4)Mesh is suitable for ultrasonic sealing, non woven fabric is suitable for both ultrasonic sealing & heat sealing.
5) Except PA(nylon)mesh, other material are biodegradable.

6. How do you pack the roll?
Rolls packing: Each roll of mesh is plastic-sealed with polyester film, and each roll of mesh has product name, batch number, specification, production date, and cardboard to seperate each roll. Generally 6 roll in one carton.

7. Are there any certificates for your product lines?
We export to the European and Norh American area, pls. Contact us to get the certificates.

8.What’s the total length of one roll? How many tea bag can be made by one meter roll?
1)Generally 1000 meters one roll, however in production the real length will be more or less than 1000 meters, real length will be labeled outside each roll package.
2)For 58X70cm bag, you can get 15 bags per meter roll, for 65X80cm bag, you can get 17 bags per meter roll. It’s an estimate data, depends on machine.

9.How much do you charge the label logo?
For our common tag(2X2cm red tag), no additional charge. For customized tag, there is two option:
1)2X2cm customized tag, you need pay USD85 version charge for PA material, or USD130 version charge for PLA material.
special size(not exceed 3cm height and 4.2cm width), you need pay USD85 version charge for PA material, or USD130 version charge for PLA material. For qty less than 100,000pcs, we need charge a mold fee of USD150.
