Ceramic catalyst for Rust prevention device in piping for factories (NSB-PA system)
This NSB-PA system had been developed as It was developed to suppress rust on pipes and prolong the life of pipes. It suppresses further corrosion by turning red rust into black rust of factory system using functional ceramic catalysts under the guidance of Tohoku University of Japan.
This system is used in hundreds of places such as factories, buildings, condominiums, and large ferries.In addition, some golf courses manage the lawn without pesticides by watering the golf course.
In order to fully demonstrate the NSB function, it is necessary to add about 0.5 to 3 mg of sodium hypochlorite solution to the water.
It is also used in Japan to purify fountains and ponds.
This can be achieved simply by connecting a catalyst to pipe of the water flow path of factories, buildings and condominiums.
NSB-PA is ceramic ball which is sintered at high temperature by mixing 18 kinds of metal oxide such as iron, cobalt, titanium, aluminum at a certain ratio.The NSB-PA is classified into 1 types(Black,15mmΦ) and the filling amount of the catalyst changes depending on the size of pipe.Ofcourse, in Japan, it is also used for drinking water piping.
