Mica Band Heater Stainless Steel Ceramic Electric Heating Element
The stainless steel mica band heater is made of high temperature insulation materials such as mica, ceramic, MgO, glass fiber, etc., and N-80 nickel alloy/high temperature iron-based alloy as heating material, and the shell is made of superconducting low carbon galvanized sheet or SUS304 stainless steel as a protective thermal material.
The ceramic band heaters are specifically designed and engineered to meet the ever increasing demand for energy conservation and to improve operation efficiency. The Ceramic Insulated Band Heaters are capable of generating the higher temperatures essential to process today’s high temperature resins.
