As far as the factory itself is concerned, we have obtained some factory and product certifications certified by international authority institute. To specific projects, we can provide relevant material certificate according to your requirement. You also can arrange people to supervise the production process or entrust the third party to inspect the goods in the factory.  
3. Q: What are your payment terms?
We can accept both T/T payment and irrevocable L/C at sight. 
Meanwhile, we are a member of Alibaba Trade Assurance which is a new service provided by Alibaba, safeguarding buyer's payment to suppliers to ensure suppliers fulfill their obligations regarding order delivery and product quality.
Other ways of payment should be negotiated.
4. Q: What is your delivery lead time?
Generally, we can delivery the goods to you within 15~25 days after receive your 30% down payment or original L/C.
