Digital Print : 20 pcs/color
Screen print : 100 pcs/color
Dying : 100 pcs/color

3) Can you do OEM for me?
 We accept all OEM orders,just contact us and give me your design.we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP

4) What's your payment terms ?
A4: By T/T,LC AT SIGHT,30% deposit in advance, balance 70%  before shipment.

6) Mass order time ?
18-35 days, If urgent, please advise

7) Can we make our own Label ,Logo Tag ?
Yes, you can send to us or send us the artwork, we can source for you.

8) Can you make gift box or envelop for us ?
Yes, we make promotion Gift box & envelops & package as per customer’s needs.

9) Is the QTY exact same as the QTY we order?
As usual ,we will produce 5-10% more in case of defective ones.
So it should be some more or less. Let me know you want more or want less before order.

10) How you guarantee the after sales service ?
We guarantee every piece will be checked before shipment, If any quality problem ,we can reproduce or refund.

11) How can I make sure my copyrighted will not be reproduced?
We attach great importance to customer copyright protection, we never use client’s design for any commercial purpose and signed Non-disclosure agreement with all of our supplier chains to assure your design will not leak out in any other way.
