Product description:

The main purpose:
Furnace drum (induced) fans are widely used in 1-500t/h industrial and civil boilers, hot blast furnaces, incinerators, drying furnaces, baking furnaces, aging furnaces, annealing furnaces, bread furnaces and ceramic furnaces for blast combustion It is used for supporting combustion and removing wet waste flue gas.

Conditions of Use:
The conveyed medium should be air or other gas that is non-flammable and explosive, non-corrosive to steel materials, and does not contain viscous substances. The allowable medium temperature of the blower is -20~80℃, the relative humidity is ≤90%, and the content of dust and hard particles does not exceed 150mg/m³. The temperature of the flue gas conveyed by the induced draft fan can be as high as 250°C. A smoke and dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed in front of the fan to ensure that the hard particle content of the gas entering the induced draft fan does not exceed 250 mg/m³.

Precautions:
The motor power of the induced draft fan refers to the long-term stable power of the fan when the flow and pressure are selected to deliver gas with a temperature of 200℃. If the temperature of the conveyed gas is far below 200℃, the entrance must be reduced by means such as gates. The air volume of the fan or increase the power of the motor, otherwise it is easy to cause the motor or the electrical costume, or even burn it!
