MCH is the abbreviation of metal ceramics heater. A new type of heating element is formed by using high thermal conductivity alumina ceramic as matrix and refractory metal as inner electrode. It is co fired at 1600 ° C by a series of special processes.

MCH is mainly used in the heating core of hairdressing appliances , such as hairpins , curling instruments , hair dryers , as well as electric soldering iron , water boiling machine , steam machine , medical equipment ,etc.
Attentions:
1. The temperature control of heating plate must be within the steady voltage for long-term operation, and the temperature control shall be less than 500 ℃.
2. Avoid sudden cooling and heating , sharp temperature difference change can make heating plate expand and damage tungsten wire heating layer.
3. When the installation pressure is less than 2kg / cm2 , stainless steel clasp or elastic pressure is recommended.
4. The lead wire should be connected with high temperature resistant lead clip.
5. The connection of heating body lead wire is not waterproof , and avoid contact with liquid.
