sepiolite is a water-containing magnesium-rich silicate clay mineral with a layered chainstructure. The orthorhombic system or
monoclinic system is generally in the form of massive, soil or fibrous aggregates. The color is white, light gray, dark gray,
yellow brown, rose red, light blue green. The fresh surface is pearly luster, and the earthy luster after weathering. Hardness 2 ~
3, density 2 ~ 2.5g / cm3. Has a slippery and astringent feel, sticky tongue. It is brittle in a dry state.
