Q2)Do you accept OEM& ODM and small order ?
A2:Yes,Both OEM and ODM is support and will sign a non-disclosure aqreement if you need.Small order wil accept according to your product details.
Q3) How many days for sample and mass goods ?
A3:Sample time is about 3-7 days, the samples will be sent via express and arrive in 5-7 days.If the goods is about 5000 pcs,delivery time is about over 20 days.Since different products have different lead time, please tell what products you need and the quantity We will estimate delivery time accordingly for you.
Q4) How can i get the sample for free ?
A4:We will make sample as per your request, sample itself is free if we have goods in stock, but please pay for the transportation freight, while transportation cost will be refund after you place the mass order And the freight depends on total weight and packing size and your destination.
Q5) If logo or company name to be printed on the products or package ?
A5:Yes,Both they can be printed on your products by etching and Hot Stamping , Printing Embossing, UV Coating Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
Q6) How do you ensure qualilty ?
A6:Before the mass production, we will double confirm with you the design details and product requirements. and we will send send sample to your for approval During the production process and after the production, Quality control personnel who have many years of work experience will spot check product quality .we will check at least 3 times before shipping. Quality inspection details will show you through pictures and video by our ORDER-TRACKING APPLICATION or whatsapp any tools you are convenient. If there is any quality problem after receiving the goods, the goods will be replaced for free in the next order.
