Solid Polyurethane Drive ,Caster and Load Wheels for Electric Forklift /Lift /Reach Truck
Flat Tread chemically bonded to Steel core. New innovation formulated polyurethane tread provides optimal floor protection and roll ability. Excellent performance on littered floor. Steel core for higher load capacity.To make sure the PU and wheel hub adhesion is strong:
Firstly we do sand blasting treatment or other proper treatment on the surface of wheel hub tread.
Then we do glue treatment 2 times using excellent quality glue.
Thirdly we use high quality PU material to do the coating. Our polyurethane wheels and tires never have the problem of wheel hub-PU separation problem.
