Paper tubes are for chemical fiber, various packaging composite tanks, various small industrial paper core tubes.
The production of spiral paper tubes from gluing, winding, to multi knife cutting as required is completed at one time.

Features:
1. The main body is made of thick and heavy steel plate after CNC cutting and welding, the frame is stable and not easy to deform, and the vibration is small.
2. The main drive adopts hard-tooth surface full oil bath chain drive, low noise, low heat, high speed and large torque.
3. The main motor adopts vector type high torque frequency converter for speed regulation.
4. CNC synchronous follow-up shearing system, the cutting table is driven by precision ball screws and high-performance servo motors.
5. Equipped with pulse fixed-length control and feed-forward compensation function to ensure consistent cutting length under different host operating speeds.
6.The imported PLC numerical control system is adopted to accurately improve the overall efficiency.
7. Equipped with a new type of operation panel and large-size color touch screen man-machine interface operation. .
8. The integrated linkage device of the integral paper feeder, glue feeder, and paper guide device increases the efficiency by 60%.
