The emission dust collector is a kind of dust removal equipment used on the top of the silo. It is mainly used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, grain processing and other industrial and mining enterprises. It is widely used to filter fine, non-fibrous dry dust in gas or retrieving dry powder in process.




The dust containing gas enters into the dust collector box from the air inlet. Due to the various function of the bag, the fine dust particles are stuck on the outer wall of the bag. The purified gas is discharged through the air outlet of the box on the cloth bag. With the increase of the using time, the dust adsorbed on the surface of the bag increases, the air permeability of the bag decreases, and the resistance of the dust collector increases. In order to ensure that the resistance of the dust collector is controlled within the limited range, the pulse controller sends out a signal, opens the electromagnetic pulse valve in sequence, and thus the compressed air in the air bag is injected into the filter cylinder by the spray pipe orifice, which causes the rapid expansion of the cloth bags. Because of the impact effect of the reverse pulse air flow, the bag shrinks rapidly, and thus the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the bag is cleaned Remove the dust from the dust and enter the ash silo.
