The doctor cap elbow is composed of a patch tee and a blind plate, and then an auxiliary wear-resistant lining is arranged, which comprises an air inlet end, a diversion pipe, a plugging end and an air outlet end, wherein the plugging end adopts a wear-resistant layer, and the plugging end is connected with a doctor cap wear-resistant elbow by bolts.

The main features of doctor cap elbow are as follows: dust particles enter the head seal cover by inertia, the speed is reduced, and the wear is significantly weakened; a small amount of ash at the head can cause "material abrasive" condition, so as to protect the pipe wall; the diversion pipe can reduce the resistance of the elbow, and prevent the wear of the pipe wall caused by the reflected dust at the plugging end.
