Product Description


Tris-MOPS SDS buffer pH 7.7，One pouch of powder is the standard unit, whose contents are smooth dry white powder. One pouch of powder dissolved in 500 ml of ultrapure water will yield a 1× solution containing 50 mM Tris, 50 mM MOPS, 1 mM EDTA, 0.1% SDS, pH 7.7 at 25 °C.. Contents were tested to be free of DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase. Don’t need to measure or adjust the pH, it is ready –to- use. Tris-MOPS SDS buffer is suitable for protein electrophoresis, For running proteins on Bis-Tris gels, which is advantage for separating medium to large-sized proteins, and even peptides .It is used in the study of phosphorylation, and formulates a variety of medium. EDTA can chelate the metal ions and deactivate DNAse, It can also be used in Northern Blot as a buffer for RNA isolation and transfer.
