Vinyl neodecanoate
New decanoic acid vinyl ester, also known as tertiary ethylene carbonate, is a kind of organic matter, appearance is colorless liquid, has a pleasant smell, soluble in water. New decanoic acid vinyl ester is a new decanoic acid derivatives, and can be used as comonomer, used for the preparation of copolymer emulsion, used in paints, coatings, adhesive production.
Application Area
New decanoic acid vinyl ester can be used in the following aspects:
1. The high temperature curing agent is unsaturated polyester. Only widely used in glass reinforced plastics, coatings, adhesives, etc. In the process of the curing of unsaturated polyester, such as SMC, BMC, DMC molding process, the product is high temperature curing of unsaturated polyester preferred curing agent, the moulding and pultrusion have ideal curing effect. Such as and BPO, TBPEH, CH initiator of compound initiator system, the effect is much better;
2. In styrene suspension polymerization process, the initiator C and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) compound with use, is the most commonly used benzene ethylene or styrene copolymer initiator. Using the initiator in the polymerization process of acrylic ester C instead of azo type initiator, the lower the toxicity of resin;
3. New decanoic acid vinyl ester can also be used in the polymerization of vinyl acetate. Excellent medium temperature high pressure polyethylene (LDPE) initiator, usually for tubular or kettle type method, but with the initiator PV (peroxide pentanoic acid tert-butyl ester) and OT (peroxide - 2 - ethyl acid tert-butyl ester), initiator TBPD (new decanoic acid tert-butyl ester peroxide) and diisopropyl benzene hydrogen peroxide to form composite catalyst system, such as aggregation effect is better.
