Shaftless Screw Conveyor is an ideal solution for sludge carrying. The range of the materials for hard-to-transport is from irregularly shaped dry solids such as scrap wood and metals, to semiliquid and sticky materials including pulp,compost, food-processing waste, hospital waste, and wastewater products.
Installation requirements :
1. Height Requirement: the height from the ground to the bottom end of sludge cake outlet of the screw press has to be considered.
And the width of the feeding inlet should be a little bigger than sludge cake outlet of the screw press.
2. Angle Requirement: usually installation angle is smaller than 20°.
