Step 1: Wipe hands, feet and electrodes with a wet tissue. The wet tissues help increase the conductivity of the current.
Step 2: Stand on the instrument to measure weight and make sure the heel is flush with the foot electrode.
Step 3: When prompted, enter your profile. After confirming that your profile is correct, click Start Test.
Step 4: Follow the boot prompts, grab the handle, and place your thumb on the elliptical electrode.
Step 5: Follow the instructions and keep your arms straight and do not touch the rest of your body. Stay relaxed until the test is
