Description
This machine is designed for filling and capping high viscosity material, such as glass adhesive, silicone sealant, water-based acrylic glue, free-nail glue, series of polyurethane materials. It is composed by hydraulic pressing system, filling control system and automatic capping system. Only one operator can control the whole machine. High filling accuracy, stable and reliable operation of the whole machine, no other pollution.

Cartridge loading device
Adopt cartridge loader automatic loading the tube on machine.
Cap loading device
Adopt vibrating bowl automatic loading cap. Air cylinder pushes cap on the tube bottom and then turn tube capping it.
Servo control system
Servo motor controled the filling, the whole work process is running stable.
Filling & capping system
Adopt volumetric measuring cylinder, servo motor control quantitative. Filling measurement accuracy is high (error 0.5%). No air comes in during the whole process.
