Q: How do you guarantee I will receive good quality sculpture? A: 1. Customer can purchase by Alibaba credit order so that protect the benefit. 2. We will send customer all side clear photos of finished statue to approve the quality and craftmanship. 3. We will do very strong wooden crates packing and inside with foam. Pearl wool and blanket wrapping if necessary.

A: Yes, we can carve 100% based on all designs, sizes and details you want. For custom orders, these items may also be ordered by calling or emailing us. Please include all specifications, and attach pictures (if needed), include (if applies) your own design that you want to have designed per your specifications. Because our sculpture products are individually hand-made, anything can be made. We understand sometimes the sizes and/or raw material we have in current stock may not fit your design or space requirements, custom work is welcomed. Designers and/or custom builders welcome.
Q: What about your quality and warranty? A: We have strict quality control system from material to finished products, all products quality is guaranteed. For defective or false products those are confirmed due to our own mistakes, we can replace and make up for you and you no need return the defective ones to us.
