Our products include different kinds of PDC, such as flat type, spherical type and roof type.
PDC is the composite superhard materials which made from diamond powder and cemented carbide base under the overpressure sintering with high temperature.
It is the preferred material to manufacture some drill tooth and cutter which has extremely high hardness, abrasion and erosion resistance.
It is usually used in drilling opreation of soft to medium ground.
With the expanding of application area, our company will develop the drilling diamnond compact and operating PDC cutter which is fit for more complicated geological condition.

Our company can produce 11 different specifications of products, and the dimension of each product shows the table bleow.
The same specification of product can be manufactured the different series of products in our company. There are totally five series of products which are L, G,W, H and D.
Type L : 1004, 1304 ,1308. Type L of PDC can be used in the field of coal basin and engineering drill bits. It is usually used in drilling operation of medium to soft ground, and it has moderate hardness, abrasion and erosion resistance.
Type G: 0808, 1008, 1004, 1304, 1308, 1608 and 1908. Type G of PDC can be used in the field of coal basin and engineering drill bits. It is usually used in drilling operation of medium to hard ground.
Type W: 0808. 1008, 1308, 1313, 1613, 1913 and 1925. Type W of PDC can be used in the field of petroleum and geological drill bits. It is usually used in drilling operation of medium to hard ground.
Type H:0808,1008,1308,1313,1613,1913 and 1925. Type H of PDC can be used in the field of petroleum and natural gas drill bits. It is usually used in drilling operation of more complicated ground.
Type D: (special shape) 1313, 1319, 1613, 1621 and 1913. It is usually used in drilling operation of hard and complicated ground.
