we always prepare some bikes and parts in stock for our retail store. 
for any products in stock, we dont have MOQ.
     
- LEAD TIME
for bikes and parts in stock, it will take 7 days for pre-shipping inspection and packing. 
for custom orders, it might takes 35 - 50 days depends on the products and order qty.

- PAYMENT TERM
for small amount order, 100% payment by TT is required in advance.
for order amount over 10,000.00USD, 40% deposit by TT in advance, 60% balance by TT against copy of BL. 
LC at sight is acceptable.

- SHIPPING
we can arrange shipping by air, land and ocean. 

- WARRANTY TERM
1. The 6 Month Warranty for Motorcycles Begins Once the Product Container Arrives at Destination Port. 
2. No Warranty for Normal Wear & Tear Parts.
3. No Warranty for Engine Clutch, (wear & tear) .
4. Warranty Coverage is Only for the Inner Parts of Engine (Except Clutch), Drive Train, Front Forks and Rear Shock. 
5. Once Shipment is Received by Customers From Destination Port, There is a 20 Day Grace Period for Wrong and/or Missing Parts and /or quality issue With Written Notification to Zuumav sales team. If no notification is received from the buyer before the 20 day grace period after shipment arrival at the destination port, the buyer can not refuse to pay the balance because of wrong, missing or quality issue(s).
