Description
The Roller extrusion granulator
The Roller extrusion granulator does not need to be dried,and is produced at room temperature.The product is rolled and formed at one time,so that the product quality meets the requirements of the compound fertilizer technical specifications,and the high-,medium-,and low-concentration special compound fertilizers and compounding used inthe production of various crops are used.A new generation of energy-saving and consumption-reducing products in the fertilizer industry.It is also suitable for granulationof various raw materials such as chemical feed.
Potassic fertilizers : potassium sulfate, potassium chloride,plant ash etc.
Nitrogen fertilizers : ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium sulphate etc.
Phosphate fertilizer : superphosphate, triple superphosphate, calcium magnesium phosphate.
SUnit crushed strength : 10-25N
Shape of finished products : oval, irregular, wheat shaped, etc., can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Material moisture requirement : not more than 10%
The rate of ball formation : 95%
Output : 1-4t/h ( can combine multiple granulators work together to increase output, see below
technical process chart).
Granule size : 3-8mm (popular market granule diameter: 2.8-4mm)

Manufacturing process
The roller was first forged and processed from special materials into roughcast, and then machined by numerical lathe and milling machine to be finished product. The roller with the features of rusty resistance, acid and alkali resistance, long service life, not easy to crack .
Working flow: input ( If blocked, use chain crusher to deal with ) ---- granulation - screening (select the right sieving hole diameter)----finished granules---- the next process (optional equipment: 1, screening machine: the size of the granules will be more accurate. 2, coating machine: make the appearance of the granules more good. 3, weighing and package: facilitate the sale and transportation of products.
