User manual:
1.Cold use:Place your pad flat in the freezer around at 2 hours,then apply it on the affected area.Don't apply it on sensitive,wound area.
2.Hot use:Don't over heat! it wound damage the pad.Put it in the microwave for heating around at 20 seconds.If more temperature required,reheat till the desire temperature.Apply it on the affected area.
