• Q3: How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About The Mass Production?

1. The sample time takes about 3-5 days.
2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually takes 10-15 working days.

• Q4: Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?

Sure. Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.

• Q5: How can I make sure the mass goods quality?

 Normally we will arrange the first quality inspection when the goods are 30% complete, the second quality inspection when the goods are 70% complete, and the last inspection after the Mass goods done. We will update the photos and videos for you each quality inspection then you will know your Goods status and progress.

• Q6:If we received some goods damaged or printing wrong how do you deal with?

If our fault to caused the damaged goods and wrong printing,we will refund the money or reprinting the goods in free.
