UNIQUE SCREENER STRUCTURE.
1: Screen mesh: dual layers of screen mesh that is removable
2: Frame of Screen Deck - Has 3 outlets which is for screening standard size, oversize and undersize of wood chips
3: Vibration Shaft Column: 4 pcs of the shaft columns fix on the four-corner of base frame
4: Base Frame - Be very heavy to fix whole machine
5: Shaft Assembly - Located under the intermediate frame of screen deck
6: Brand Electric Motor - 380V 5.5kw, reliable operation, firm structure and high working efficiency
7: Belt - the motor drives the shaft assembly by belt. Be durable and a long lifespan
The screener is designed all drive components are located under the frame of screen deck for strong vibrational stability.
Bottom Mounted Motor.
The intermediate shaft assembly is powered and synchronized from a single 380v electric motor.
A bottom mounted motor configuration may be preferred for outdoor installations.
Leibao’s engineers combine of the motor's speed and the screen’s amplitude to yield optimum material movement and particle separation, fulfill screening material of high quality.
A Least Effort on Shaft Assembly.
A bottom mounted motor drives transmitting forces to the shaft Assembly by belt that can horizontally rotate all of the frame of screen deck.
Optimum 4 x Vibration Shaft Columns.
4 pieces of vibration shaft columns are fixed on the four corner of base frame as well as fixing under the frame of the screen deck.
Leibao's engineers designed an optimum vibration shaft columns to provide max supporting force that enhance the vibrational stability while operating.

Screen Deck Option.
All types of screen plates are available including screen deck size, numbers of screen surface, punched plate size, wire mesh shape, and stainless-steel material is supplied in custom according to customer’s requirements. All screens' plates are dismountable. All of screen deck is dynamically balanced and produce max effect.
If you need to know pulping system sensitivity to chip quality, in most pulp mills require a chip length of 15 mm (0.58 in.) to 18 mm (0.70 in.) is used, and Leibao machineries on complete wood chip system is what over length and oversize wood chips are filtered out to re-chop.
